There’s something here in the pink of that distant field, right next to the chocolate and banana hues of the adjacent slopes, that reminds us of Neapolitan ice-cream… So I couldn’t believe it when I found this quotation in Dylan Thomas’s memoir, A Child’s Christmas in Wales. Thank you Dylan for the perfect title!
